I've written extensively, both in my investigative reports and my book, Pain & Inflammation Matters, about the connection of a group of foods known as nightshades and their propensity to induce inflammation – sometimes in places we don't even consider could be a reaction to food, like pain in any area of the soles of our feet.

Being Thankful...for our grandchildren, that is!
